If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services and contact our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tedyen Cloud excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, in relation to our Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

In no event shall Tedyen Cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through the courts of Algeria. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
